Bipolar Stimulation Probe

The Bipolar Stimulation Probe is a highly specialized surgical instrument engineered for precise, localized nerve stimulation during intraoperative neuromonitoring . Unlike monopolar probes, it features two closely spaced conductive contact points (prongs) at its distal tip. The electrical current flows exclusively between these two poles, definitively preventing the current from spreading or shunting through surrounding blood or wet tissue. This makes it an indispensable tool for microsurgery, neurosurgery, and parotidectomies, where delicate nerves are densely packed.
